St John Ambulance Cymru is celebrating the opening of its new Workplace Training Centre in Abergavenny with a free-to-attend open day on Friday 10th May.
People will be able to join expert first aid trainers from 10am to 4pm where they will be introducing some of the most important courses first aid charity for Wales offers, as well as performing free demonstrations to help you learn lifesaving first aid.
They'll also be on hand to offer tailored advice on what courses are suitable for your business, to ensure you become and remain safe and compliant. You can secure your free spot by registering here.
Located in the heart of Abergavenny, the training centre offers a comprehensive range of over 30 courses covering workplace first aid, health & safety, and mental health first aid.

Attendees on the day will also be entered into a prize draw where someone will win a free place on an Emergency First Aid at Work course in Abergavenny.
Local residents are also being encouraged to attend the open day to find out how your local community group could be eligible for a free first aid demonstration. Young people or parents are also welcome to come along, to find out more about the charity’s Badger and Cadet programs which are tailored for children and young adults.
